Meals On Wheels, a non-profit initiative under the Auxiliary to the Penticton Regional Hospital Society, delivers nutritious frozen and cool meals to individuals unable to cook for themselves, promoting both their independence at home and social connection.
Our meals typically consist of a protein, a carb and a vegetable with a dessert and soup. Salads can be ordered additionally as well.
